Semarang, June 9, 2026 – The Doctoral Program in Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University (FEB UNDIP), once again held its Doctoral Promotion Examination as part of its commitment to producing doctoral graduates capable of contributing to the development of management science and practice in Indonesia. On this occasion, Dicky Pramudito defended his dissertation entitled:
“Adaptability to Continuous Change in Improving Employee Performance (A Study at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding Perkebunan Nusantara)”
In the promotion examination held at FEB UNDIP, Dicky Pramudito presented research findings examining the importance of individual and organizational adaptability in dealing with continuous change. This research focused on the work environment of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, which is currently facing various dynamics of business and organizational transformation.
The dissertation highlights how employee adaptability is a critical factor in supporting the effectiveness of organizational change, increasing productivity, and driving better performance. The research findings are expected to serve as a reference for companies undergoing organizational transformation to strengthen competitiveness and business sustainability.
In preparing this dissertation, Dicky Pramudito received academic guidance from Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Sc., as his Promoter, and Dr. Mahfudz, S.E., M.T., as his Co-Promoter. Both provided intensive scientific guidance and support throughout the research process and until completion.
The doctoral defense proceeded smoothly and with a rich academic atmosphere. The doctoral candidate comprehensively explained the conceptual framework, research methodology, and implications of the research results to the examining panel. The various inputs and discussions that emerged during the defense further enriched the research’s scientific contribution.
