The Doctoral Program in Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, will hold a Doctoral Promotion Examination for Faisal Riza Rahman on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) in the Doctoral Courtroom, Pertamina Hall, 3rd Floor, Dean’s Office Building, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, Tembalang.
On this occasion, Faisal Riza Rahman will present his dissertation entitled:
“Interest Coverage Based on Financial Leverage (ICFL) in Mediating the Effects of Asset Structure, Sales Growth, Dividend Policy, and Environmental, Social, and Governance on Firm Value.”
This dissertation examines the role of Interest Coverage Based on Financial Leverage (ICFL) as a mediating variable in the relationship between asset structure, sales growth, dividend policy, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects on firm value. This research is expected to contribute to the development of financial management and corporate governance.
