- Letter of permission from the employer to pursue doctoral studies (for applicants currently employed; format provided)
- Statement of commitment to complete the study program (format provided)
- Letter guaranteeing payment of tuition fees (bearing a 10,000 IDR duty stamp; format provided)
Specific Requirements for the Study Program:
- Master’s degree (S2) in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related fields from a program with at least ‘B’ accreditation and a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Certified copies of Bachelor’s (S1) and Master’s (S2) diplomas and academic transcripts (degrees from overseas institutions must be validated/equated by DIKTI)
- Submission of a draft doctoral research proposal (https://bit.ly/PROPOSALTEMPLATE)
- Letter of permission from the employer to pursue doctoral studies (for applicants currently employed)
- Two (2) letters of reference from senior lecturers (Professors or PhD holders) from the applicant’s previous institution(s) or other qualified individuals (Professors or PhD holders) capable of providing a reference for the prospective student
- Statement letter from the person responsible for tuition payment
- Copy of the Academic Potential Test (TPA) result from OTO BAPPENAS with a minimum score of 550 (if available)
- Copy of Institutional or International TOEFL score (minimum 500) or IELTS score (minimum 5.5) (if available)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing publication experience (for academics/researchers) or managerial experience and speaking engagements/certificates from national-level professional or academic events (for practitioners)
- For the “Doctor by Research” track, a letter of recommendation from the prospective dissertation supervisor is required
