Semarang, September 2026 – The Bachelor’s Study Program in Islamic Economics and the Doctoral Study Program in Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro (FEB UNDIP), successfully conducted a three-day accreditation assessment by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting (LAMEMBA).
The accreditation assessment is an important part of the university’s continuous commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of higher education, particularly in the areas of academic education, research, community engagement, and study program governance.

LAMEMBA Assessment Team
The assessment was conducted by four experienced academics from leading Indonesian universities:
- Prof. Dr. Nisful Laila, S.E., M.Comm. – Universitas Airlangga
- Prof. Dr. Amir Machmud, S.E., M.Si. – Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia
- Prof. Dr. Lilik Sugiharti, S.E., M.Si. – Universitas Airlangga
- Dr. Nurul Badriyah, S.E., M.E. – Universitas Brawijaya
Throughout the three-day assessment, the LAMEMBA assessors conducted a comprehensive review through presentations, discussions, document verification, and interviews with university and faculty leaders, lecturers, education staff, students, alumni, and other relevant stakeholders.
The assessment provided an important opportunity for the Islamic Economics and Doctoral Economics Study Programs to present their achievements, academic innovations, quality assurance initiatives, and development strategies.
Strengthening the Commitment to Academic Quality
The LAMEMBA accreditation assessment serves as an important momentum for FEB UNDIP to continuously strengthen its culture of quality and ensure that academic activities are implemented in accordance with established standards.
The Doctoral Study Program in Economics, FEB UNDIP, expresses its appreciation to the LAMEMBA assessment team, university and faculty leadership, lecturers, education staff, students, alumni, and all stakeholders who contributed to the successful implementation of the three-day accreditation process.
Through this accreditation process, the Bachelor’s Study Program in Islamic Economics and the Doctoral Study Program in Economics remain committed to continuously improving the quality of education and producing graduates who are excellent, ethical, and capable of contributing to the advancement of economic knowledge and sustainable societal development.
