Semarang, August 21, 2026 – The Doctoral Program in Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro (FEB UNDIP), held the doctoral promotion examination for Febrina Nefasati Prihantini on Friday, August 21, 2026. The event took place from 09:00 WIB until completion at the Pertamina Hall (3rd Floor), FEB UNDIP Dean’s Office Building, Tembalang.
During the examination, Febrina Nefasati Prihantini presented her dissertation titled “The Influence of Job Demands on Audit Quality Reduction Behavior with Psychological Capital as a Moderator.”
The research addressed the issue of job demands and their relationship to audit quality reduction behavior. In the study, psychological capital was positioned as a moderating variable to examine its role in the relationship between job demands and audit quality reduction behavior.
The doctoral promotion examination was chaired by Puji Harto, S.E., Akt., M.Si., Ph.D. Prof. Dr. Indira Januarti, S.E., M.Si. served as the promoter, while Prof. Dr. Darsono, S.E., Akt., MBA served as the co-promoter.
